Fractal Pharma terms

These terms govern use of Fractal Pharma, a software product operated by Fractal Financial LLC.

Use of the service

You may use Fractal Pharma only as authorized for your account and facility. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for ensuring information entered by your team is appropriate for the service.

Service boundary

Fractal Pharma provides software tools. It does not provide pharmacy services, medication dispensing, prescribing, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or medical advice. Use professional judgment and follow the policies and requirements that apply to your organization.

Acceptable information

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, passwords, access codes, or unlawful content through public support channels. The product is not represented as a substitute for records or procedures your organization is required to maintain.
