How Fractal Pharma handles information

This notice applies to Fractal Pharma public pages and the Fractal Pharma application operated by Fractal Financial LLC.

Information used by the service

The application may process account and sign-in information, facility and team information, operational records entered by authorized users, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. The information available to a user is controlled by the account and facility permissions configured in the application.

Purpose

Information is used to provide the requested service, maintain account access, present facility-scoped workflows and records, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Do not submit patient information

Fractal Pharma is designed for operational workflows. Do not enter patient information or other protected health information in the app unless and until a separate written arrangement explicitly authorizes that use. Do not include it in support email.

Questions and requests

For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, use the Account & data deletion instructions or contact [email protected]. The support mailbox is not yet externally delivery-verified; urgent requests should not rely on email.
